You may stream and monetize content using the model, but must visibly credit Clovairy or @clovairy_ as the rigger.

NFTs, crypto, AI training, or related uses are NOT allowed.

No hate, harassment, or illegal use.

I may reject commissions at any time or refuse requests I cannot handle.

Commission slots are not first-come, first-served and are accepted based on availability, readiness, and project fit.

Work will only begin after the initial payment/deposit is received.

I handle multiple commissions at once, so progress may vary depending on workload. I will always ensure delivery within the agreed deadline. Please understand that updates may be faster or slower from time to time.

Finished works may be showcased unless an NDA is requested.

Revisions may be requested during the process, within reasonable limits. Excessive or repeated revision requests may incur additional fees.

I am not responsible for issues caused by not reading these terms.

Violations may result in a blacklist.

PSD must be properly prepared before sending (English naming, organized grouping, and clean layering). Please confirm before submission. The artist should provide a properly prepared PSD. If the file is missing proper separation, is unorganized, or requires manual correction, additional fees or rigging limitations may apply.

The model (especially the face) should be centered, front-facing, and as symmetrical as possible. Please provide clear references and a list of requested toggles or expressions.

Simple base files may result in less detailed rigs unless additional detail is added by your artist beforehand. Highly asymmetrical models may increase the price.

You will receive the face tracking file (.moc3) and a VTS folder (including JSON toggles). The .cmo3 file is optional and has an additional cost (+100% of final quote).

Please let me know if you will be using VBridger or a standard mouth setup so I can adjust the rig accordingly. VBridger is recommended for iPhone tracking (iPhone 10+).

Cheek puff and tongue-out require proper PSD separation; otherwise they cannot be properly rigged. Cheek puff can be added, but may not be very noticeable without proper artwork.

Prices are estimates and may change depending on final complexity.

After receiving the final delivery, if anything doesn’t meet your expectations or looks off, please reach out to me first with any concerns. I’m open to feedback and will do my best to resolve issues through discussion and adjustments.

Prices are in IDR and USD. Payments are accepted via PayPal, Wise (must be discussed first), or VGen (USD), and BCA (IDR).

Payment plans are available (50/50 or 50/25/25).

Work will only begin after deposit/payment is received.

Refunds are not available once the agreement is made and the deposit is paid. A partial work-in-progress equivalent to 50% of the work may be provided depending on progress.

Please make sure you are ready before commissioning. Failure to respond, complete payment, or maintain communication may result in cancellation or loss of future commission eligibility. Rough quotes are available before ordering.

Refunds are only issued if no work has started or no progress has been made.

If significant progress has been completed, refunds are not available even if deadlines are extended.

Deposits are non-refundable if a slot is reserved and later canceled before the start date. If cancellation is caused by the client, the deposit is forfeited. If I cancel, a full refund will be issued.

No refunds after work has started or files have been delivered. I am not responsible for personal financial issues, and refund requests for this reason may result in blacklisting.

Minor revisions are included within reasonable limits, such as bug fixes or adjustments. Please let me know so I can maintain quality.

Major revisions, before or after delivery, will have additional fees (fee depends on complexity).

Rigging-related fixes are included. For art-related issues (such as shading, design, or missing details), please contact your artist instead, as this is not part of rigging.

If the artist is unavailable, PSD adjustments (such as cutting or filling areas) can be handled by me for an additional fee (starting from $20 depending on difficulty). This may affect the timeline, and the updated PSD will be provided for your future use.

If the artist requires more than 5 days for revisions, the deadline may be extended. If they are unable to provide changes, additional charges may apply before rigging continues.

The start date and final deadline will be agreed upon before the project begins. Rush fees may apply for shorter deadlines.

Turnaround time is based on working days (Sundays excluded) and typically takes 1–3 months depending on queue position and complexity, though it may be shorter or longer.

I work on multiple commissions at the same time, so updates are provided as soon as possible rather than daily. You’re welcome to ask for updates, but please avoid frequent requests. You may also check progress via my Trello/work queue.

Delays caused by lack of response or missing feedback from the client may also affect the delivery timeline.

Delays may occur due to communication gaps, feedback delays, complexity, or personal reasons. I will inform you if significant delays happen.

Commercial use is included for VTuber model rigging, including streaming, monetized content, and brand use.

The client owns the VTuber character IP. I (Clovairy, the rigger) may use the model for portfolio, promotion, or educational purposes only, without claiming ownership.

Do not share or resell the model. If you plan to transfer ownership, please inform me first.

Clients are responsible for downloading and backing up delivered files. Files may not be permanently stored.

The project will remain private until the client’s debut or an agreed release date.

I will not share WIPs, previews, or stream the process, and will only post the finished work after release or the agreed time has passed.

Both parties agree not to share spoilers before then.

NDA fee is 35% of the total project cost.

Chargebacks are NOT allowed once work has started. Any issues must be discussed directly.
